- The Federal Bonding Program – The U.S. Department of Labor established The Federal Bonding Program in 1966 to provide Fidelity Bonds for “at-risk,” hard-to-place job seekers. The bonds cover the first six months of employment at no cost to the job applicant or the employer.
- PUNS (Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services) – PUNS is a database of Illinois children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities who want or need developmental disability services. The PUNS database helps the Division of Developmental Disabilities identify and plan for your services.
- IL Division of Rehabilitation Services (DHS) Medicaid Waiver Home Services Program or the IL Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Home-Based Services Program/Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) – The Home and Community Based Services Waiver Program provides services that allow individuals to remain in their own homes or live in a community setting, instead of in an institution. Illinois has nine HCBS waivers. Each waiver is designed for individuals with similar needs and offers a different set of services.

- LaSalle County 708 Mental Health Board, in accordance with the Community Mental Health Act/Illinois 708 legislation exists to monitor, assess, fund, and promote mental health, substance use, intellectual/developmental disability, and other related mental health services within the limitations of the available mental health tax levy amount, funding guidelines, and staff resources.
